As you will see the current Northern Virginia Home market is turning positively for Sellers and qualified Buyers.
With Corona life holding some Sellers back there will be a glut of "for sales" when distancing ends. At the same there will be fewer Buyers due to job loss and risk intolerance.
There are fewer listings available for qualified Buyers and with lower inventory as the season progresses it will be even more important for Buyers to reach out to an Agent who knows the Homes and Neighborhoods and be ready to offer with closing cost money in your pocket and ready.
